This 5 day program will guide you through all the
steps necessary to fully understand this industry
and what it takes to be successful from the start.
The program consists of two very informative classroom
days, two interactive in-field days, and a one day
field trip. The class room days will cover a wide
variety of critical information (see Class Room Program
Outline) that you must have to own and operate your
business successfully. The in-field days (see In-Field
Program Outline) will systematically demonstrate
the actual cleaning processes involved and just as
importantly, the interaction that takes place between
client and technician. You will learn side-by-side
with an IICRC carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians
and journeyman. You’ll work on actual job sites
and estimate project costs with clients. You’ll
witness first hand the interaction between chemistry
and the 5 principles of cleaning. The field trip
day allows you to tour the largest and most successful
distribution and supply firm in our industry. You’ll
enjoy individually focused conversations with their
equipment specialists and trained marketing professionals
hallmarking the field trip day. Additionally, you
will have unprecedented access to one of the fastest
growing and most successful carpet, upholstery, and
restoration companies in U.S.: the Ecosteam Corporation.
You will be allowed to observe Ecosteam’s inner
workings, and tour their offices, garaging facilities
and training center. Daily, you’ll have direct
one-on-one instruction and access to their management
staff, marketing personnel, client care professionals,
technicians and owners.
